It was a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza, Surfers Paradise the view from the room, location, pool, ambience, food everything was really perfect. Absolutely loved staying here while travelling around. The hotel was lovely and clean and all the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I visited here to celebrate my birthday. When I told them about my birthday, a wonderful service was prepared in my room. Very great staff service. It was also nice to be able to see the sea from the room. Also, the breakfast in the morning was a buffet, and it had a lot of variety and was very delicious. It's right in front of the tram station, so transportation was convenient. I would also like to use it when visiting the Gold Coast.I visited here to celebrate my birthday. We have stayed for three nights at this beautiful, spacious and location wise hotel. Daniyar at the front desk was professional, welcoming and very understanding towards us. Best hotel we’ve stayed in! The view on our room was breathtaking day and night! Absolutely love it! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet breakfast! Thank you for including fried rice it was delicious. I just wish the pool was heated or at least a little as it was always freezing. I will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
