Location is probably the best feature of this hotel, along with the extremely responsive, professional and friendly staff (especially Jitin and Joyce). This hotel is close to lots of amazing restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms (esp the deluxe suite) are spacious & clean with wonderful view! We received quick service when we requested bedding for the pullout couch. Cleanliness: Our room was clean when we arrived and beds made everyday by housekeeping. Garbage/recycling emptied daily as well. Furniture: Queen size bed was comfortable, as was the pull out couch. We all slept very well! Noise: Minimal noise was heard in our room (junior suite). Normal guest noise was heard while in the living room. Staff/Service: Staff were friendly and welcoming when checking in. We received quick service when we requested bedding for the pullout couch. The rooms are a bit dated and the pillows awful but ootherwise all you need for a pleasant stay. Microwave, fridge. But no dishes or cutlery which was odd although we didn't need them. Loved the toiletries. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of Choice but if taking to the room remember to take cutlery. Location is excellent and ample parking. Most important was how lovely the staff were. From reception to cleaners all were super lovely and helpful. Always smiling. The rooms were beautiful but everyone didn’t get the same rate. Not sure how they decide pricing. Overall. Everything was perfect.We had our wedding here.
