Very well organized, with professional and friendly staff. We had dinner at the Yellow door and had room service for breakfast and both were fantastic!! Nothing but compliments from our guests about the food and room set up. Jim went above and beyond with set up, lighting and decorating, absolutely loved his vision and insight. The room we stayed in was bright and clean. Highly recommend Hotel Arts as a wedding venue.We had our wedding at Hotel Arts yesterday and it could not have gone better! Such a beautiful venue and it was such a seamless process to have the ceremony there then have the reception and dance follow. The staff were great, very accommodating. The food was amazing, definitely the highlight (other than the bride and groom of course!). Such attention to detail in each and every dish including all the appetizers, the salads, main courses, desserts, late night dishes... Everything was incredible. We also spent the night and the rooms were really nice.Family wedding here. Such a beautiful venue and it was such a seamless process to have the ceremony there then have the reception and dance follow. The staff were great, very accommodating. The food was amazing, definitely the highlight (other than the bride and groom of course!). Such attention to detail in each and every dish including all the appetizers, the salads, main courses, desserts, late night dishes... Everything was incredible. We also spent the night and the rooms were really nice.

The venue looked stunning, the food was incredible and the people were extraordinary. We had delicious canapés, a four-course meal and a late night snack that our guests continue to talk about. Every imaginable, thoughtful detail was taken care of for us, our families, and our guests which made our big day that much more wonderful. Everything was set up and coordinated.Hotel Arts hosted our wedding in October and there are not enough words to describe how amazing the staff was to work with. During the initial planning stages to the day-of execution - everything was exceptional. Kimberly was so attentive throughout the entire process - emails were always responded to in a timely manner, everything was well organized.I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly, Jim and the rest of the events team for a recent wedding that we planned at Hotel Arts, and I can't say enough about our experience at the venue.
