I only use the very finest ingredients in my work and take-seriously my role in creating striking and opulent centrepiece Wedding Cakes or Bespoke Dessert Tables for my wonderful couples. It’s great to be a part of their big day and I really enjoy working with my clients to create something personal and special to them. I typically work exclusively on just one commission at a time to give extra care for the important intricate details – and I believe it is this which makes my designs so distinctive and Unique. My birdcage cakes seem to be a firm favourite, although I do enjoy creating new and exciting ideas so my "signature" tends to change during the course of any year!

I got my start in wedding cakes many years ago when I created a birthday cake for my son's first birthday. Friends and family were so impressed with the fine details that they started to ask me to create cakes for them too. I guess this was the start of Unique Cakes, by Yevnig!
