Bestwood Lodge

Bestwood Lodge is steeped in history and set in the magnificent acres of rambling parkland known as Bestwood Country Park. In 1683 King Charles II granted Bestwood Lodge to his son, the Duke of St Albans whose mother was the infamous Nell Gwynn. The Lodge has its own Gothic Chapel with oak panelled walls and minstrel’s gallery, a unique venue for a civil ceremony. The Ballroom is early Victorian in character, with high ceilings and large elegantly draped windows with incredible views over the beautiful parkland. Bestwood Lodge has been catering for Wedding Receptions for many years. You can be confident that your special day will be handled in a friendly and positive manner by your dedicated wedding team.
