Our estate also benefits from 150 acres of private and dedicated land, including a lake, woodlands and an exclusive access to the sea front, absolutely perfect setting to capture your special day. You will all enjoy truly breath-taking views of swans gliding across the lake and you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the dear roaming among the forest.
For up to 35 of your guests desiring overnight accommodation, you can be sure of their comfort in our beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms with hot tubs within the Head Gardener’s Cottage, Bridge House and Lochside Lodge overlooking the lake. They’ll experience combining charms of a country retreat with luxury and style. Additionally, we can arrange for an arrangement at our local Bayswell Park Hotel in Dunbar overlooking the sea, inclusive of special, negotiated rate off bedroom rates and courtesy transport to and from Broxmouth Park.

We absolutely adore our famous Hog Roast and Chill Bar with tequila Shots, but there's so much more for you to chose from.

We are unable to agree on one features, however, a few stand our particularly to us: Georgian Mansion House / 150 acres of private woodland / Direct access to nature - you might be lucky to spot swans gliding on our loch and deer roaming among the woodlands / Romantic and private lodges by the loch / Close proximity to sea side
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Broxmouth Estate was designed for 3rd Duke of roxburghe in 1775 and to this day retain a lot of original features which you an your guests can enjoy. Our venue prides itself on complete exclusivity, one of the most iconic locations in Scotland and award winning team.
