Rude and unhelpful staffRude and unhelpful staff
Recently me and my mother went to an open day, beautiful place and the owner showed us around and assisted with the lift etc for my disabled mother. She was extremely helpful and I decided this was the place! Me and my htb booked an appointment with the wedding coordinator to book our wedding discuss finer details and pay the deposit .... however she was rude, condescending, unhelpful and seemed uninterested. So I said we will go away and discuss it and she was to get back to us the following day with a personalised quote. I have chased and had nothing back from her .... even after giving my email address 3 times still no contact via phone or email!
