Craigie offers couples weekend or mid-week 2 night "wee" wedding packages for up to 28 resident guests. Couples along with closest family and friends stay 2 nights at the beautiful House of Craigie for a wedding celebration extending over 2 nights, either Friday - Sunday or Tuesday - Thursday. Wedding Ceremonies in Scotland can legally take place ANYWHERE conducted by either a minister of religion or humanist celebrant! At Craigie this means outdoors in the garden or in-house and there is no extra charge to hold a ceremony at Craigie. To celebrate a marriage with a Civil Ceremony couples should contact our local authority. South Ayrshire Council, for guidance. Our feedback from couples is that they love being able to have a unique wedding in a Scottish historic, country house and spend time relaxing with their guests and that our gardens and private grounds make for magical wedding photography. The team at Craigie loves being involved with the creative ideas that couples have to help make their wedding day a unique and happy celebration.

Chicken liver pate and Santorini tomatoes on crusty bread toast.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Our beautiful, relaxing country house and our gardens to explore enjoying the seclusion and the panorama of views - inland to the east over farmland and west out to the sea with mountains of the island of Arran, Ailsa Craig and Jura especially at sunset!

Our versatility for indoor or outdoor ceremonies all part of a relaxed, intimate "in-house" wedding and photo opportunities in our beautiful grounds.
