Best day of my lifeBest day of my life
From booking our wedding to the day after, it was all perfect. Initially we had Faye dealing with myself and my husband, and she was fab. Very attentive, quick to reply to emails and just a really friendly person. I was so sad when she said she wouldn't be there on the day but we were handed over exceptionally well to Abbie. There were no problems throughout the day/evening. Everything flowed perfectly and guests could not stop saying what a wonderful day it was. So thank you so much to the team, you made all my wedding dreams come true. Brides please don't be put off by the venue not being exclusive, the hotel and staff do such a fabulous job it feels as though your party is the only party there. We got married in a church first then had our reception at The Forest of Arden. Our drinks reception was held outside the Arden Suite, on the patio facing the golf course. During this time there was a bar open for my guests or they could use the sports bar. Fantastic communication and exceptional service. From booking our wedding to the day after, it was all perfect. The staff made the dayThe staff made the day
Everyone warned us that our wedding day would go in a blur and that we wouldn’t have time to think about things. How true this was! And had it not been for the staff we would have been lost. Everyone who attended the wedding commented on how polite, but more importantly, friendly and down to earth the staff were. Nothing was too much for them, and every one of them met you with a smile. From start to finish on the day we were made to feel at ease, and that is down to the amazing people who helped us plan our big day. Our initial contact was with Faye, who introduced and passed us to Stacey who would be looking after us on the day itself. I always worry about dealing with someone initially only to be passed on to someone else as sometimes information can get missed or lost in the hand over. Though I didn’t need to worry as there was no detail left behind. Even the little touches put in place by them, helped make the day even more special.
