Set in 35 acres of countryside, this beautiful mansion is the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Here at Highfield Park we welcome everybody to have their wedding day with us. We will make your day as individual and memorable as you have always wished. Whether it's an outdoor civil ceremony or indoor reception, the day is yours. We believe no two weddings should ever be the same, if you are looking for inspiration, we can provide plenty of suggestions, or you're welcome to let your imagination run riot and our team will make your dream a reality. Your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations will be held in one of our stunning and tastefully decorated suites where natural light is in abundance to compliment your chosen ceremony option. Amazing day Amazing day
I cannot recommend Highfield enough. From the first time I walked into the stunning venue I was in awe and the staff made every step easy and personal. Surpassed all ExpectationsSurpassed all Expectations
From the moment we met with Ashley on our initial visit in March 2015 through to the very end when we all departed after breakfast on the Saturday the hotel surpassed all our expectations. Our wedding coordinator was Zoe and helped by Ashley who was also our MOC on our special day, their professionalism with second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble accommodating our every need from food and wine tasting, getting in a local gin for our gin loving guests to accommodating our special and rather odd request of a speedway bike which looked beautiful with the spiral staircase behind. and a real talking point. Since being an independent hotel in April 2015 over our time visiting we have noticed major improvements and this only added to our special day. The bridal suite (and room 9) now boast four poster beds, perfection. The venue itself is stunning set in the rolling hills of the Hampshire countryside, the long drive only makes it more inviting then you see the beautiful elegant house. A perfect wedding venue. Our wedding day Friday 16th June 2017 was blessed with the most gorgeous weather so our wedding ceremony took place at The Folly, our guests commented on how stunning the venue is and when they saw where we were to marry most commented that they had never been to an Al Fresco wedding before. The way the wedding breakfast is served is so professional and really is 5 stars and all the staff on the day were incredible, we cannot thank them enough. Our only fault the day went way too quickly. Thank you to Kirsty the GM you have the most amazing staff working for you, it is a credit to Highfield Park. With the very best of wishes from the new Kevin and Yvonne Hall. What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Your venue and wedding coordinator are there to help you, not make things harder. Ask them all the questions that you want to and they will genuinely give you their honest advice and opinions. They are always on your side and will do everything they can for you.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Each place setting for the guests had a characture picture as opposed to just their name!

Peaceful, unique, traditional, homely and friendly

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

There's so many! Our favourite though has to be the Folly area.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Not for a wedding but we do host a charity event every year that Melinda Messenger is the patron of and always comes along to support.

What’s your favourite canapé?

The brie and cranberry wontons! Oh they are just heaven!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

A good old bacon bap!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

There are two that are unique to us and the area. The first is the spiral staircase and the second which is the Folly.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

4 years ago we became an Independent hotel after having been part of a large chain for over 10 years. We are so proud that since becoming independent we have continued to improve, invest money into the house and it's offering.
