Unfortunately I don’t have everyone’s name but very special callout to Callum who was great in the day and surpassed himself even more during our stay for the past couple of days. Diego from the reception area was also very kind. Terry did a great job with the reception room too. I fully understand these times we are in are scary for us all but the uncertainty for you all most be worrying so I do hope you understand just how grateful I was for everyone’s support. Can you please ensure that this message is seen by the hotels senior managers as I want them to know of everyone’s incredible efforts too.
