We invite you to enjoy all that our Georgian Grade I house and 100-acre grounds have to offer. Whether it is the abundance of rhododendrons in bloom through May to June, or a roaring log fire welcoming you into the warmth of a historic home during the colder months, there is something special here all year round.
We are registered with Shropshire Council as a licensed venue for civil ceremonies. Couples holding their civil ceremony here will experience a Shropshire wedding surrounded by history in one of our three main reception rooms. Couples choosing a religious ceremony will find the parish Church of St John the Baptist a short walk from the Hall. A stroll along the scenic drive or a wander through the wooded gardens takes you straight to this beautiful Norman church, perfect for those looking to have their special day all on one site.
Following your civil or religious ceremony, the Hall provides versatile and elegant reception rooms for your drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening celebration. With our 48-hour exclusive use package, the house and grounds are yours from 11 a.m. the day before to 11 a.m. the day after. Other options are offered. Guest accommodation is also available. Absolutely stunning!Kinlet Hall is very much the idyllic country venue it looks in the pictures, but with real character, history and yet has a sense of 'home' you could only ever achieve from a family run business. The venue is outstanding in its field. The grounds, gardens and views; a breathtaking backdrop to any picture. The House; simply stunning. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and go above and beyond to help you achieve your dream wedding. - AArielle Moore27/05/2019A stunning setting for a personalised wedding May 2019A stunning setting for a personalised wedding May 2019We hired the Hall with exclusive use for 48 hours and used the first day for setting up everything as we wanted, as it provided a superb canvas to decorate in your own style. The staff were incredibly helpful and did their best to make sure that we had an amazing day. We hired chair covers, outdoor games and lighting for the evening party and the team were great at helping us set things up. There was always someone available for us to ask for help etc throughout the 48 hours, as we had a DIY wedding. We had an amazing day. The bridal suite is beautiful and has a fantastic bathroom that was recently renovated and the bed is super comfortable. As the team are still making improvements to their venue and are refining their wedding business there were a few little hiccups; we were organising our wedding from abroad which made things slightly more difficult but everything was smoothed out we had a perfect day. We hired the Hall with exclusive use for 48 hours and used the first day for setting up everything as we wanted, as it provided a superb canvas to decorate in your own style. It is an absolutely beautiful location, with stunning views across lovely rolling Shropshire/ Worcestershire countryside. Yes, it was so good after our eldest son got married that we returned for the marriage of our second son, and we found it every bit as good the second time around. The Hall is lovely, with plenty of space for the meal, games in the gardens, and a bar and disco afterwards. the staff are very friendly, and can't do enough to help. They almost radiate confident competence! You won't regret booking Kinlet Hall for your wedding.The two weddings of our children at Kinlet Hall were really, really special. The family could not have been more helpful or professional . I had my sit down meal on the hall, my buffet in the drawing room and our reception in the big room. The space was absolutely perfect and nearly 10 years later our friends and family still remember what a beautiful setting it was. My nephew was christened there last year as well so it is a firm family favourite.I was fortunate enough to get married at Kinlet Church and then have my reception at Kinlet Hall.
