Loft Studios is refurbished Victorian warehouse. While retaining its original features, this location also benefits from all the modern components required for a comfortable experience. The combination of exposed brickwork, oak flooring, high vaulted ceilings and abundant daylight make this industrious warehouse space perfect for your wedding. With 2 partially covered courtyards we can also facilitate the combination of indoor and outdoor events all year round. The spaces are spread over 17’500 square feet and situated in west London between Kensal Green and Willesden. Closest transport links are Willesden Junction and Kensal green on the Bakerloo or Silverlink overground line and White City (central line) is 5 mins by bus. We also organise coaches to and from the studios on request. Mark your special occasion in style at Loft Studios, our team are focused on making it unique and memorable for you. We specialise in themed events and elaborate productions with the ability to work to any brief. Our event producers can assist in realising your vision or provide all the creative elements you require. We are also certified to hold civil ceremonies and have a license that allows us to go late into the night! We offer full production with sound + lighting design services on site. Congratulations! Thank you for clicking on our profile, it's a great space isn't it?! We are a dry hire venue, but can help you with the planning along the way. Myself and the team here work hard to create a space that reflects you as a couple. One of the questions we ask our couples is "What is the most important element of the day to you?' we then work alongside with you to achieve it. This can be anything from finding the perfect neon sign to co-ordinating everything on the day.

The loft team were a pleasure to work with, and the management of the venue on the day ran seamlessly. The venue itself was perfect, a great blank canvas space with lot of cool props and furniture and excellent beams for hanging design features and atmospheric lighting. The heated courtyard worked perfectly for pre-dinner aperitifs and the dining area was able to combine the warehouse cool with rustic homeliness. The lighting and sound package was state of the art, and the late license to 2am was a real bonus as we found many London venues could only play music until 12am or earlier. The food was excellent and could have been served at a top London restaurant, and the bar staff did a great job accommodating our demanding cocktail requests! I feel so grateful to you for all you did to make it such a smooth-running, dreamlike occasion. And I really appreciated the way that you were there, gently guiding when needed, without being remotely intrusive. I felt thoroughly well-supported and looked-after. Thank you very much indeed for everything. So many people said how much they loved the venue, and quite a few said it was the nicest wedding they'd ever been to. Hear hear! I hope 2018 is looking good to you. In short, we were delighted with absolutely everything your team delivered both in the lead up to and during the wedding. We felt so well looked after leading up to the day with every annoying last minute gluten-free/vegan request easily handled and I felt really confident the day before that you were all really on-board to help make the day as amazing as possible. Setting up the tables, laying out the sweeties and the cake of cheese, plus decorating the cake was all going far above and beyond Social Pantry’s remit as caterers and for that we are so grateful because these little details are the things everyone remembers. On the day itself the Social Pantry team were outstanding. The food was DELICIOUS and everyone is still talking to me about it now it was so good! My mum says she wishes she’d put some in her handbag and taken it home. The staff were SO well turned out and efficient and polite and everything just ran incredibly smoothly. Josephine you were also particularly amazing leading up to and on the day. We felt really well looked after in your capable hands and I’m so glad you came on board when you did to see us over the finishing line. You were like a wedding fairy-godmother always in the right place at the right time making sure everything went smoothly. Thank you! I would thoroughly recommend the Loft Studios to everyone – from the minute we enquired there the staff were all extremely helpful, and our Event Manager Josephine made the whole planning process seamless. The venue is very flexible and provides a blank space for which to transform for any event – we found it a particularly useful space for holding a themed party as there is so much scope to adapt it. A very enjoyable venue to work at!I would thoroughly recommend the Loft Studios to everyone – from the minute we enquired there the staff were all extremely helpful, and our Event Manager Josephine made the whole planning process seamless. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

There are so many ro choose from! I think Nikki & Remi's was my favourite. I throughly enjoyed the planning process with the couple and now I can't stop watching the wedding video of the day, seeing the whole day come together is what we as wedding planners live for.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Doit your way! There are no rules when it comes to celebrating your relationship. It great whne you know the space you have created reflects you as a couple.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

I love different ways of having a guest book, a couple bought their favourite vinyl records and white permenant markers for guests to sign. Another couple had A3 poster with a tree illustration, everyone stamped their thumb print and wrote their names. Both couples turned them into a piece of art.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Well we are a photographic studio, we have loads of great areas to choose from. I think it is best the photographer and couple come to see the space togther and find the perfect area the suits them.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Oh yes, but what happens at Loft Studios stays at Loft Studios.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Great question! Crab on a quid ink cracker or a good old croquette.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Has to be tacos!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Our courtyard! We can have live much out there and most of our couples like to utilise this space as much as possible from the traditional drinks reception to an after dinner cocktail hour to get the party started!

What part of your business are you most proud of?

On the day, you see all your hard work come togther and get to watch everyone enjoy the day. My favourite moment is when the Bride and/or Groom's parents come up to me and say how happy they are with everything.
