Set in the leafy surroundings of Queen’s quarter in Belfast, the charming 4 star Malone Lodge Hotel offers an exceptional experience for each couple, hosting only one wedding per day.
From you first make contact, right through to when you check out following your dream wedding day, the experienced wedding team will be on hand to guide you through every step of planning. The teams’ care and attention to every detail reflects the award winning standards of the hotel which has family at its core for over 25 years.
After your red carpet arrival you and your guests are invited to kick start the celebrations in the hotel’s beautiful lobby and Macklin’s Bar. The hotel is an approved venue for civil marriage and partnership ceremonies in their new and enchanting Malone Suit, which can hold up to 130 guests. The setting is a romantic and intimate space where you can exchange your solemn vows as you begin your life together in front of your family and friends.
The elegant Deramore Suite has recently undergone a complete redesign and now boasts space for up to 250 guests. There is a private bar and permanent dance floor with a unique sound shower ceiling, which means the music is concentrated over the dance floor allowing your other guests to chat with ease elsewhere in the suite.
Your guests can enjoy a prime location and a choice of 102 rooms and apartments with free car parking and complimentary wifi, as well as homemade a la carte Irish breakfast. A range of self-catering apartments are comprised of spacious one, two and three-bedrooms and offer a cost effective alternative for families and groups. The hotel is located on Eglantine Avenue in the South of the city with fantastic transport links to all motorways, as well as rail and bus links.

Everything was more than what we could have hoped for and your team are all amazing! Everyone was so professional, friendly and they all worked really hard and put us at ease! And for the whole run up to the wedding thank you so much for helping us get organised and pull it of! We will definitely be recommending Malone Lodge as a venue for any friends and family for future weddings and a few have already been back to you since for meals as they enjoyed the food at the wedding so much! We had our wedding there on Friday and they really outdone themselves! It was absolutely amazing!! The staff were attentive, pleasant and nothing was a bother! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Arrived on the Friday before the wedding and was warmly greeted and made to feel at home until Sunday. We had got married abroad but wanted to have an evening with family and friends when we returned. Our events manager, Katie, had listened to what we wanted and put in place a great package which we were able to add some extras to just before the event, the room and DJ were supplied as part of the package. They supplied a small intimate room where we had a blessing and then a drinks reception for the arrival of the guests. The room for the main event looked fantastic, and they even played our wedding video on two large screens so that all our guests could see the wedding in Mexico. The food was delicious, served quickly and everything was the right temperature. The Duty Manager for that evening made sure everything ran smoothly and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Malone Lodge Hotel, they did an excellent job!We had booked the Malone Lodge for our Wedding Celebration on 22nd September 2017.
