- LLauren14/04/2019Small, Cramped and a disappointment.Small, Cramped and a disappointment.40 ish people crammed in a small room on some sketchy chairs. The room itself is disapointing, as it doesn't have a feel of a castle and very basic. The bride pretty much walked 5 steps into the room and was already at the front... The registrar kept saying the wrong words and called the grom by the wrong name! If you are wanting to get married in a castle, I wouldn't recommend here... :/40 ish people crammed in a small room on some sketchy chairs. Not being either of our first weddings my husband and myself wanted somewhere intimate, simple and special. Norwich Castle fitted the bill! Having a large family it was great to be able to have up to 50 guests (which we filled) which a lot of registry offices don't cater for. The wedding went very smoothly and was lovely and intimate, just how it should be!What girl doesn't want to get married in a castle!!
