This is really hard for me to do as each wedding is unique in its own way. So many elements can make a great wedding; this could be down to impeccable service, creative theming, a good crowd of people and generally a great atmosphere.
This one’s simple…Enjoy the experience! It’s really easy to get carried away in the co-ordination and logistic of putting on a wedding and easy to forget to try and enjoy each moment.
My favourite personal touches have always involved the incorporation of our couples’ personal interests into their special day. As a big film fan, I like the idea of using the titles of favourite films as table names and having a fun and interactive ‘guess the film’ catch phrase quiz on tables as an ice breaker. It’s nice to see the couples’ respective personalities in their wedding.
Personal, stunning, grand, unique and elegant
There are so many photogenic spots in the venue from our famous confetti shot where wedding guests are showered with confetti from the Rotunda above to our Great Hall which boasts a stunning painted ceiling and glass chandeliers. My favourite photo spots, though, are our sweetheart balconies on the second floor which are perfect for intimate couple photographs.
Yes, we have had a few…but that would be telling!
Our signature canapé is the Mini Beef Wellington served with horseradish Hollandaise…it is out of this world. Our Chef is a food genius!
Cheese toasties…add a little bit of mustard and a slice of cured ham and you’re onto a winner.
Our Rotunda and domed ceilings; when the venue is dressed for a wedding they are truly breathtaking.
