Our Executive Chef meets all wedding clients to create a bespoke menu, using only the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients. He can also advise on appropriate accompanying wines, chosen from a banqueting wine list reflecting Waddesdon’s links with Rothschild vineyards around the world. Selected outside catering companies can be recommended for special requirements.
