We are a period Pub/Restaurant with 20 modern bedrooms. We are situated along a beautiful embankment setting, which is perfect for wedding pictures. We can accommodate smaller and larger weddings as we have a private dining room or a larger back eatery.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Every wedding we hold is always beautiful in its own way. We like for our guests to add their own individuality to their experience, whether this be their own handcarved wood centerpieces or candle holders that have been passed through the family.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One of my favourites would be having the guests names put on personalized wooden plaques for the place settings.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We are across from a beautiful river setting so there are plenty of places to capture the ideal wedding photo.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not to my knowledge but it would certainly be exciting.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
For a late evening snack for friends and family, you cant go wrong with a great Cheese Board.
