The Saddleworth Hotel is, without question, the area’s finest venue for weddings, parties and family celebrations. We can accommodate dining up to 400 guests in the ballroom, with evening parties up to 500. Friarmere will accommodate dining up to 60 and evening party up to 150, each suite with an amazing built-in sound system and light show. We are licensed for civil wedding ceremonies - both candlelit indoors or outdoors in our beautiful sandstone gazebo - civil partnerships, renewal of vows and baby naming. A Rolls-Royce motor car is available to ensure you arrive in style.

As a guest to an evening wedding This place not great - upstairs is disjointed and not child friendly. There were only 2 barstaff in so a long time waiting for a drink unless you flirt and get them onside. Once it gets past a certain time they remove drinks so you have to buy more and at £5 per pint or £14 for 3 halves of syphon Cola and a pint - its expensive. Manager is an arrogant arse and up his own!! Got the wow factor Got the wow factor
Amazing venue absolutely stunning. Made me feel special from start to finish. Lovely ballroom and beautiful outside ceremony area and gardens for photos. Food is gorgeous too. Only slight downside is accessibility for wheelchairs - needs a bit more work there especially if they need to stay over - however can’t fault the day itself - spot on Amazing venue absolutely stunning.
