The Vineyard was superb in every way. The food is exquisite and I have never experienced such professional but friendly service from the staff - each and every member. Memorable Day Memorable Day
Just wanted to say thank you so much for making our wedding such an amazing and memorable event.. We all had a wonderful time at The Vineyard Hotel last weekend. Ian and I would also like to extend our thanks to every single member of staff we met who were so friendly and helpful.. We can honestly say one of the best displays of service and hospitality we've experienced. We'll definitely be coming back! So thank you again for making our wedding an event to remember with great joy.Just wanted to say thank you so much for making our wedding such an amazing and memorable event.. We all had a wonderful time at The Vineyard Hotel last weekend. Ian and I would also like to extend our thanks to every single member of staff we met who were so friendly and helpful.. A perfect wedding day A perfect wedding day
The Vineyard gave us a beautiful wedding day. The personal service was exceptional and we loved every moment from the start of the planning to the end of the day. We held our event in the Calistoga suite and California bar. For our day, the room was divided into two smaller halves so that we had separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. The rooms were all staged and decorated specially for their own part of the day and The Vineyard organised the transitions from one room to the next seamlessly. We particularly enjoyed moving through the various rooms as this gave each part of the day its own distinct feel and special memories. For our wedding breakfast, we chose a 4 course tasting menu with matching wines selected by the sommelier. The Vineyard team worked with us through a private menu tasting and much feedback to refine the food, wine and even presentation of the dishes to incorporate our specific tastes and preferences. When the menu was delivered with faultless silver service on the day it exceeded all of our expectations. Wedding planning support was also excellent. We had a consistent wedding planner throughout, who was always available for questions and suggestions. She also helped with recommending many of our suppliers including an outstanding florist, pianist and DJ. The final pre wedding meeting was held with our wedding planner and the event manager, both of whom were present on the day to ensure everything went smoothly and we didn't need to worry about a thing. Our wedding day at The Vineyard was everything we hoped it would be and more. From start to finish, throughout the planning process and on the day itself we could not have asked for better service. The staff were really helpful and made sure everything went exactly to plan. The food and wine were superb. All of our family commented on what a fantastic day they had. Highly recommended wedding venue! Highly recommended wedding venue!
We met with Becky and from the first meeting we know we had to get married here. Becky is the most amazingly organised, professional and lovely person. We felt very well taken care of after what was a stressful time. The vineyard is perfect for a small wedding which is exactly what we wanted and the chef even made all of our cakes bespoke to suit my pink tea party theme. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service/quality that you receive - I genuinely felt like a princess for the day. We have a little Bichon Frise who needed to be included in the wedding and arrangements were made to make this happen- they even closed the California bar so Daisy could join us for dinner the evening before. My husband and I will be staying at The Vineyard and having dinner at least every year on our anniversary. We would highly recommend the hotel as a wedding venue! Working in the wedding industry, we work with many different venues but when it came to choosing our own venue it just had to be The Vineyard. The team are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Becky, our wedding coordinator made sure everything was exactly as we had hoped for on the day. The attention to detail is second to none. The food was amazing. Overall it really was a 5* experience. Cannot recommend highly enough!Working in the wedding industry, we work with many different venues but when it came to choosing our own venue it just had to be The Vineyard. We met Becky Povey at the Vineyard in January 2018 to discuss the possibility of booking the venue for the following month for our Wedding. Becky filled us with confidence that our dream date was achievable even though there was only 5 weeks to the big day. Becky recommended many of the suppliers, including a florist (Karen), pianist (Richard) and make-up artist (Jenny), they were all very pleasant to work with. Throughout the planning, Becky was extremely attentive, organised & professional with every email responded to promptly & with guidance. The taster menu was a wonderful evening, we were totally spoilt, it made us more excited about our up and coming wedding day. The big day soon arrived, the ceremony and wedding breakfast room looked stunning and the hotel rooms were beautiful. The food was exquisite, the service we received on the big day was outstanding; we couldn’t have asked for more.
