This Grade I listed, Berkshire, manor house is home to the timber-framed, 16th century Tithe Barn. The venue is set in 16 acres of beautiful, private grounds and accessed by a stunning Oak tree lined avenue. It caters for all sizes of weddings and offers a range of bespoke packages and menus to suit your exclusive day. The team at Ufton are ready to help with anything you might need not matter how small! Our prices refer to the venue hire which includes our Tithe Barn (150 max capacity and licensed for ceremonies), Archers Hall (reception area) and the courtyard that lays between them. You will also get our beautiful grounds for your photographs, as well as tables, chairs and one of our fabulous wedding co-ordinators to help in the lead up and on the day of your wedding. We don’t charge VAT and we don’t charge corkage meaning that you can bring alcohol for your meal and toasts. The only other thing that we may charge you for is a set up and admin fee of £375 for your civil ceremony if you choose to have that with us.

It had everything we wanted - a barn, beautiful grounds, a stunning venue with the option to do what we wanted with it. Chloe our wedding co-ordinator was amazing, she was always on hand to answer any of my questions and was absolutely amazing on the actual day with setting up - she took the worry from everyone. From the minute we visited this venue, we knew it was perfect for our wedding. It had everything we wanted - a barn, beautiful grounds, a stunning venue with the option to do what we wanted with it. Chloe our wedding co-ordinator was amazing, she was always on hand to answer any of my questions and was absolutely amazing on the actual day with setting up - she took the worry from everyone.

Any queries we had were answered quickly - regardless of the time of the day that they were made. The venue itself was fantastic and we feel as though it was the perfect place for our wedding; everything was self-contained and the team on the day were organised and highly efficient at getting things set up and packed down to the specifications that we requested. We were able to add our own personality and that appealed to is greatly. It was good value for money and having two barns made it an excellent option for us. The Ufton team were always lovely and helpful and out wedding coordinator verity was amazing with helping a worried husband to be organise a barn the morning of the wedding. It was the best day we could have asked for.We had visited a few barns in the area but this venue had real potential. We were able to add our own personality and that appealed to is greatly. The venue is stunning with lots of open green space and several different indoor and outdoor spaces that can be utilised.
