- RRachel & Kyle Wilson03/05/2017I couldn’t fault our day in anyway.I couldn’t fault our day in anyway.We got married on Wednesday 19th December and had our reception in the Campsie Suite. On the whole build up to the wedding Kimberly and staff in the hotel were amazing. They were all very supportive and accommodating to ensure our day was perfect. They were very attentive to not only the bride and groom but to all our guests! We honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. I couldn’t fault our day in anyway. The food was beautiful and the set up was amazing. In all honesty my husband said “I would get married here all over again because Kimberly has been fantastic”! We got married on Wednesday 19th December and had our reception in the Campsie Suite. On the whole build up to the wedding Kimberly and staff in the hotel were amazing. They were all very supportive and accommodating to ensure our day was perfect. They were very attentive to not only the bride and groom but to all our guests! We honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. I couldn’t fault our day in anyway. The food was beautiful and the set up was amazing. In all honesty my husband said “I would get married here all over again because Kimberly has been fantastic”!

The staff were incredible, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was 100% absolutely delicious, and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and very welcoming. Special mention to Kimberly who went above and beyond for us, John who made sure everything ran smoothly during the day, and Jill who looked after us in the wee hours! The premises are all very clean. Many of our family members stayed in the hotel too. The food was delicious, the rooms were basic but perfect, the bridal suite could be doing with a little updating but as a whole very pretty. We were impressed by both Kimberly and Emmet's outstanding service and attention. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, a meal and definitely a wedding.My new husband and I had our wedding reception in this hotel recently. The staff could not have been any more accommodating. The premises are all very clean. Many of our family members stayed in the hotel too. All the staff were so friendly and very helpful we owe a huge thanks to Kimberley and all the staff of the white horse hotel our day was fabulous from start to finish we would highly recommend this hotel for a wedding or any other occasion a beautiful hotel with lovely staff We had our wedding at the white horse hotel on 10th may from we booked our wedding Kimberly has been so helpful she has kept us right from the start and has received my numerous phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner our ceremony room was lovely and the function room was beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. Kimberly (the wedding coordinator) was fantastic from the first day we met her to discuss our wedding plans until the end of our day. Planning a wedding is daunting, there is so much to think about. Kimberly really helped us break things down and understand what was important to us. We were able to adjust our package to suit us which wasn't a problem for the hotel to accommodate. The hotel made the run up to our wedding effortless. My husband and I wanted to do some aspects ourselves such as a sweetie cart and photo booth. I was worried about the logistics of setting these things up but yet again it wasn't a problem the hotel took care of everything. When I first saw the ballroom on our wedding day it took my breath away, it was so beautiful. Our guests had a great day they advised that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I were made to feel very special we cannot thank The White Horse Hotel enough for all the hard work they put in to making our wedding day as special as it was. I wish I could do it all over again!The White Horse Hotel made our wedding day magical and perfect. Kimberly was warm and friendly and keen to ensure everything was just as we wanted it. Our queries were answered so promptly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food was excellent and all staff were approachable and helpful. The room we stayed in was wonderful and so was the breakfast the next day. Thank you to everyone there. The wedding reception was held in the Willsboro Suite and it was just the perfect venue for the wedding, The Bar was adjoining the Willsboro suite which works perfect for a wedding reception, and adjoining that was a large quieter area at the Hotels Lobby with Arm chairs and coffee tables which was also just perfect for our guests who wanted a quiet drink and a chat with old friends & family. Some of our guests who had travelled from far away, booked approximately 25 Rooms in the Hotel and all were very pleased and satisfied with their rooms which were clean spacious and comfortable. Our guests throughout the Wedding day reception and then the evening reception totalled 160, our 4 course Dinner meal : Excellent ! ( I had, Caesar Salad - Turkey & Ham & Stuffing potatoes & 3 veg - Trio of desserts - Tea & Coffee , our evening reception buffet : Excellent ! ( chicken tenders, potato chips cocktail sausages sandwiches tea & Coffee and cake ) Breakfast in the morning : Excellent ! ( every option you can think on, except kippers - Try the Pancake machine the kids will love it ). I would recommend the Best Western Plus White Horse Hotel as being a perfect venue for a Family Wedding. Simply tell their professional management team your wedding package requirements and let them deliver the perfect wedding as they have done for my Family & Friends.
