Woodside is an Edwardian country house hotel situated just moments from the historical town of Kenilworth in Warwickshire. Nestled in 32 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands, it offers a private setting and the perfect backdrop for your photographs. There is a range of ceremony and reception rooms to choose from so you can celebrate your whole day here, from the ‘I do's’ right through to your final dance of the night. With 74 bedrooms (including a Bridal Suite) you and your guests can also stay over. New for 2017 is our Outdoor Gazebo, giving you the wonderful opportunity to exchange your vows outside. Our award-winning team of chefs will gladly work with you to help design your wedding menu, whether your preference is a traditional wedding breakfast, or something more informal like a hog roast or barbecue. Complimentary pre-tasting is also available for you to sample any of our dishes. Our experienced wedding planner will be with you every step of the way to ensure your wedding planning is as easy and enjoyable as possible.

A truly magical day!A truly magical day!
Where to start... the whole of our stay was wonderful! The food was out of this world, we had so many comments about it. Every single member of staff was lovely and made sure our day ran like clockwork. I had no stress at all, everything was laid out as I wanted. The weather was glorious and we have so many lovely pictures taken in the grounds, it was a truly magical day - one that we and our guests will never forget. Mike and I would like thank every member of staff on the day of our wedding for making it such a wonderful and special day.Where to start... the whole of our stay was wonderful! Beautiful outdoor ceremony!Beautiful outdoor ceremony!
We had our wedding here on 3rd June and it was just incredible. We were lucky enough with the weather to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony - everyone loved it and said how intimate and relaxed it felt and the gazebo was dressed beautifully! All our guests made a point of saying how utterly lovely the staff are and many times I heard that the staff couldn't do enough for our guests. The food was also incredible! We had many guests saying this was one of the best weddings they had ever been to because of the outdoor ceremony and how formal yet relaxed and fun the whole day felt and we couldn't agree more. We had one slight issue but this was very quickly resolved and the management could not have been nicer and more wonderful about it. Overall we had an absolutely perfect weekend here (most of our guests stayed over a long weekend and said how great the whole experience at the hotel was) and I cannot thank everyone who was involved in some form or another for helping to make our day so wonderful and unforgettable! We cannot thank the staff enough, this day was special for us but the staff made it even more so, we were treated like VIP's and so were our guests. We especially would like to thank Vickie, Martin, Mark and Sarah who were there for us on numerous occasions before the big day and helped us plan and achieve the wedding of our dreams. Woodside made our theme of Love, Laughter and Happily ever after a reality.We cannot thank the staff enough, this day was special for us but the staff made it even more so, we were treated like VIP's and so were our guests. We especially would like to thank Vickie, Martin, Mark and Sarah who were there for us on numerous occasions before the big day and helped us plan and achieve the wedding of our dreams. Our interaction with the staff from day one made us feel very welcome and they were always approachable, and nothing was too much. Vicky and Jo were first class - with their knowledge of the venue and their experience of weddings, we always felt in very safe hands. They are also always smiling, which always made us feel comfortable and at ease through the process, especially as we got closer to the big day. The food was 10/10 and exactly what we were hoping for. We have had nothing but glowing feedback from all of our guests. Our interaction with the staff from day one made us feel very welcome and they were always approachable, and nothing was too much. Just to say we had a beautiful wedding at Woodside on Sunday. The weather was bad till a very brief dry slot just before barn dance. Everything else went like clockwork including the live link to USA & Botswana. A HUGE thank you again for all your help and preparation. The staff and Mark also did an amazing job. My son and his fiancée were married at Woodside on Saturday and I would highly recommend it as a wedding venue. From the early planning stages through to the actual day the staff have all been extremely helpful and willing to oblige with all the ideas that we had. 40 family and friends arrived the day before and settled in spending the afternoon with the kids in their lovely swimming pool and then getting together in the bar that evening to socialise before the big day, the chef provided food for us all and the young lady behind the bar was exceptional, keeping our glasses charged until the early hours for some! On the day we rose early to a hearty breakfast and then mucked in to dress the venue, again the staff were all exceedingly helpful & understanding allowing us to create the look we wanted. The Wedding breakfast for 87 was delicious and the service exceptional, the atmosphere was relaxed enabling the men to deliver their speeches without too much pressure. 140 of us partied on into the night with more good food delivered from the kitchens and the resident DJ delivered our requested tunes along with a few additional requests until the early hours. Our rooms were very good indeed and families and disabled were all catered for. I think Woodside is the ideal place for a wedding and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, it is also extremely good value, thanks Woodside for making our day so very memorable! We got married here yesterday! And couldn’t have asked for a better day, brilliant weather in a stunning place! Everything ran smoothly, and we were up dancing till 1am. The food was amazing and couldn’t have asked for better service. Everyone said to us how much of a beautiful venue we chose! Thank you.We got married here yesterday! Absolutely fantastic venue to get married. Big thank you to Sarah, our wedding planner, who ensured our day went swimmingly from start to finish. Food is out of this world - compliments to the chef. It is nearly impossible to say what the best part was. Andra made sure that the day flowed to perfection. I didn't feel worried or anxious about anything all day. The food was incredible - our guests are still talking about how delicious it was. The stunning surroundings made for the most beautiful wedding photographs. The whole process has been made so stress-free by Andra and her flawless organisation and she made it such a personal experience. She was so accommodating, right from booking the wedding right up until the day of the wedding: the day was even more perfect than we could have imagined.It is nearly impossible to say what the best part was.
