Blues operates under the experience and passion of Head Chef/Owner Kevin Tonglee who has 25 years’ experience in the fine dining industry & Co Owner/Manager, Mark Harlow, an event management specialist.
Mark and Kevin have built an excellent, consistent & solid reputation over 10 years. Their commitment, flexibility & understanding of individual needs has been suitably recognised, having won many industry awards.

We booked out all 12 huts for our guests and everyone had a fantastic time. The Village green and hall is a great place to hang out with friends.
