Brilliant staff, second time here Brilliant staff, second time here
This is our second time staying here. We prefer to come here compared to the other hotels for its location and service from the brilliant staff and so family friendly. Location- close to an amazing glebe Park and best eating options with canberra central and very vibrant fun evening ambience to hangout with children or otherwise. Service: The staff at the hotel are so welcoming and ever so helpful. A shout out to Angela and sudeep at the reception. This is our second time staying here. Great location and a very well managed IHG hotel. Very nice Red Salt restaurant and Lume Bar..the bar is new since my last visit being adjacent to the restaurant down a level from the previous bar accessed at the side of Reception. Reception staff were excellent, but the standout for me was the young man clearing plates and tables at breakfast. His anticipation of guests needs and attention to all facets of his job was a delight to see. Very polite and attentive.Great location and a very well managed IHG hotel. Very impressed from the relaxed checkin, comfy rooms and the high quality food. We had a few drinks in the bar and the staff had a fantastic can do attitude, nothing was too hard for them. Husband and I stayed 3 nights and loved it. Service was excellent, dined at Redsalt which was lovely and enjoyed breakfast. 10 star review!! I was going to stay at the quest city walk, I'm So glad I didn't! From the time you walk in to the time your leave 1st class all the way. The service from the front desk was friendly professional and outstanding and the food especially the breakfast was delicious. When I ordered room service the ladies were exceptional.
