What about your business are you most proud of?
I’m proud that this is the only type of advertising I have. Most of my bookings come from recommendation and word of Mouth. I’m so proud every time someone thinking I’m good enough to recommend me and it’s happening a lot this year 😊

Describe your typical process with a couple.
During our first conversation we talk about numbers and costs. If my client is happy with that we move on to arrange her free trial. Then we discuss if any other bridal party will join the trial - which will incur a £15 charge. This just covers my products and a bit of my time. At the first consultation we talk colour schemes, flowers, skin tones and types. Establish a skin care regime for at least the 6 weeks prior. I ask my clients to fill in a short form with her essential details on and if she has any allergies. We do a trial run - discussing options as we go. By the end of the trial I hope to have a very good idea of what my client would like and how her skin reacts to products, we may then discuss lashes....I provide strip lashes but we do talk about things such as lash lift, extensions etc provided elsewhere. I send my client on her way with a bit of setting spray and ask her to keep me updated about what lasted and what maybe didn’t so much. I am Open to second trials but I rarely do them, but as I say I am open to it if there’s any issues or if requested. We would secure your date at trial as long as you’re happy with a deposit to hold the date.
What do you love most about your job?
I love people’s faces when they see themselves, especially if they have troublesome skin.....I can make them look flawless for their big day and it’s so heart warming to see her feeling her best.
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
A good Skincare regime in the run up (6 weeks)
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
Be early, give her face a little massage with the prep products I use. Laughter is the best medicine for stress I think so I try to engage her and keep her concentrating on getting pampered even if it’s just for half an hour. But mostly be early and remain very calm
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
I’ll lock your makeup in with setting spray and even my client that got married in over 30 degree heat this summer invited me to the evening party in case she needed top ups, she did not need to top up, my products have great staying power. Maybe try to find a lipstick you like or purchase the one I use at trial as that’s all that will need touching up.
