You have booked the venue, arranged the photographer and bought the dress, so now is time to book your hair and makeup! I am a fully qualified and insured hair and makeup artist, based in Dartford, Kent. I am professionally trained and use a range of brands including MAC, NARS, Urban Decay, Illamasqua, Charlotte Tilbury and many more, and I am also an experienced Airbase makeup artist. I have fashion and editorial makeup experience as well as a client list which includes ITN and Matalan. My main passion however is working with brides to achieve their bespoke look for their big day! I am also a fully qualified beautician offering a wide range of beauty services. Taking bookings now for remaining dates in 2018, 2019 and 2020!

Everything I could have wished for

Hayley did my hair and make up for my wedding along with both Mums and my sister who was my bridesmaid Right from the trial she made me feel very relaxed and confident in her abilities and I was over the moon with how amazing she made us all look on what was the best day of my life I can’t recomend Hayley enough and would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of booking her

Hayley did my hair and makeup for my wedding. I can highly recommend her, she’s very skilled, very professional lady, has a lovely personality, made me feel beautiful for my big day.

I found Hayley through Bridebook and found her to be really responsive and professional. She is so easy to get along with and had some great ideas and was very flexible. Hayley did my hair and make up, my bridesmaid's hair and make up and my flower girl's hair and a little bit of make up, all on time and she guided me through the process. On the day of my wedding, I decided that I wanted to change a few things about my make up and she wasn't flustered at all and just took things in her stride. She was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would definitely use her again if I need hair and make up.

Could rate Flame Beauty enough. Right from when I get engaged I knew I wanted them to do my hair and make up for my wedding. I paid for Hayley to fly out and do it as I knew it would be so worth the money. Right from my trial Hayley offered a 5 star service, she really listened to what I wanted and made my vision real. On the day she worked her magic again, also doing the bridesmaids and mother’s of the bride’s hair and make up. Hayley was lovely and bubbly and made everyone feel very comfortable. Our hair and make up stayed put all day and night- even with all the humidity! I couldn’t recommend her enough! Absolutely flawless hair and make up!

Hayley was amazing with everything and even when I changed my hair style between trial and actually wedding day. I was really worried at first as I don't normally bother with hair and make-up but thought I best do for my wedding day and she made me feel at ease with it all of it weren't for her I would of gone no makeup and pony tail

Amazing wedding make up

Hayley did my make up for my wedding as well as my mum and bridesmaids and she was amazing. Not only did the make up look fab but it stayed on all day despite tears! (happy ones!) Having such good make up helped to make me feel not only special but more confident on my big day, something I needed with all those people! Hayley was also so relaxing on the day and had really good advice about everything! I would highly recommend.

Perfect absolutely brilliant

Hayley is absolutely brilliant have her a brief Description of what I wanted and she got it down to a t. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she does all she can to put you at ease. So was pleased my sister found Hayley would highly highly recommend her she is an absolute god send and put all my fears bye worry's at bay can not praise her enough and to anyone thinking of booking Hayley do it other you will lose out she offers every service you will want or need and nothing is too much trouble for her. And despite my several emails panicking she was absolutely brilliant and did a wonderful job making my wedding day even more perfect.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

From initial consultation right through to the big day I am hot in communication, so you will be provided with a quote and my terms and conditions once ou wish to book. We then arrange the practice run around 3-6 Months before the big day (or a time to suit) to nail your look! We then speak regularly up until the big day :)

What do you love most about your job?

I absolutely love making people feel good about themselves! And I also love that I get the privilege of spending the wedding morning with the bride, it’s such a special moment and I’m always honoured to be a part of it!

What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?

Drink lots of water in the lead up to the big day for tip top skin and hair!

How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?

I like to bring a calming presence to the momring, so I make the sure that bride is comfortable at all times, leave plenty of time so there isn’t any rushing and make sure they have had something to eat and drink!

What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?

No face touching, dab don’t wipe if you cry and don’t fiddle with your hair!
