I find out when the big day is, where it’s being held and what the couple wants in terms of design. We talk about the number of servings, number of tiers and cake flavours. Additional details such as equipment hire and timings are also discussed. Once the couple are happy with what they see and taste (if they request a tasting), they can put a deposit down.

I have always been creative and I have always loved making as well as eating cake. I never really considered turning it into a business until a friend asked if I could make her wedding cake! I came to realise from all the compliments that friends and people around me were really enjoying my cakes. They would constantly encourage me to pursue it as a serious venture. and so here I am!
