Bloomsbury Wedding Cakes

Marise was amazing from the very first moment we met. I can’t eat dairy and she had experience with making dairy free wedding cakes which put me at ease straight away. She made one layer dairy free especially for me and it was delicious! The cake looked and tasted amazing and we had so many compliments. Cannot recommend enough.

I first found Bloomsbury cakes at an open evening at my venue. Marise was lovely and chatty and understood exactly what I wanted. She created the most delicious and beautiful cake. 3 cakes (though it looks like 2 in the photo) - chocolate orange, Victoria sponge and apple and cinnamon. It was perfect with a copper drip and suited the style we had chosen for our wedding perfectly.

We received an excellent service from the start. The consultation was held at the shop which is full of gorgeous models to see and gain inspiration from. We were going for a more unusual design and we're given loads of input into how to make it perfect. It was lovely that Marise seemed just as excited as we were to make the cake. On the day it looked amazing, more like a work of art than a cake and it tasted amazing. All our guests loved it.

Bloomsbury cakes was the first and only supplier we visited. The first meeting was so good, Marise is so lovely and listened to all our ideas and told us what would and would t work. She listened and drew and the design at the end was breathtaking. The samples of cakes where chose flavours from were the best cupcakes I have ever tried. A lovely lady and beautiful shop I truly hope they win as its richly deserved.

Bloomsbury wedding cakes created the most amazing wedding cake for my wedding in June. I loved everything about it. It was huge and every detail was insanely gorgeous. Everyone commented on it and my wedding was in a few magazines and we made sure the cake was in the pictures we had a lot of comments on how beautiful it was. And of course it was the nicest cake i have ever tried!!! Highly recommend!!!
