Gorgeous Gem's Bakery

Gem made us the most beautiful cake for our wedding - we were completely taken aback by it when we saw it for the first time and had so many comments on it throughout our evening reception. Gem was a pleasure to work with from the initial conversation about what we wanted right through to delivering the cake and beyond. We wanted something a bit unusual for our cake with quite intricate details and Gem just got it straight away! The cake itself was stunning both in the way it looked and the way it tasted. It was an upside down hanging cake decorated with pumpkins, leaves and vines and looked as though it was defying gravity - we still don't know how she did it! We had lemon curd, raspberry and almond and carrot cake. Each tier tasted unbelievable and the raspberry and almond (tasted like a Bakewell tart) went down a storm with our guests and we had none to take home (glad I managed to eat some on the day!). We can't recommend Gorgeous Gems Bakery enough!
