We know how much there is to think about when planning your wedding, so we've keep it simple. 1. Meet & Eat - Arrange a date to meet us for a consultation at our showroom in Bedfordshire. We'll chat over tea and of course, cake! You'll try our flavours, talk about your ideas and take a look at our work close up. 2. Secure - If you choose us to be a part of your day, we require a deposit to secure your date. We will finalise your design, delivery and flavours. Your final price is given. 3. Delivery - A few weeks before your wedding we will be in touch with your venue to organise the delivery and set up. All that's left for you to do is, cut the cake!

We’re a from family of cake lovers, so a career in baking was always the dream! I begun working in London bakeries, supplying many of the capitals top hotels. Swiftly being moved to the cake decorating department, I was in my element. I began my own business at 21, (around 1985, you can do the maths!) and was approached to create wedding cakes for none other than Harrods, after this came Fortnum and Mason & Harvey Nichols! The arrivals of a young family meant it was time to go alone & set up Iced Delights Cakes as it is today! 25 years on with my daughter on board, we’ve made wedding cakes for hundreds of Brides & Grooms!
