Jo created the most incredible wedding cake for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and it looked and tasted amazing! I met Jo at the I do wedding exhibition and decided to go for a consultation with her. I had a consultation with her and a few other cake makers so that I could decide on one. Jo's cakes were by far the best out of all the cake makers I had been to see. I wasn't too sure what I wanted my cake to look like but had a few ideas and we came up with the final design together. From the first consultation Jo was so thorough and went into so much detail about the design and the flavours. You could tell she is really so passionate about cake making. At the consultation she had so many flavours of cakes and ganache to try and even let me take some home. Each flavour was so tasty and moist. She went away and I sent her pictures of the exact flowers which were included in my bouquet. I had another consultation with her where she showed me the different shades of rose gold lustre she had and also gave me some of the roses which she had created for the top of the cake these looked incredible! When I saw the cake on the day it was perfect! It looked immaculate, the details were so intricate and creative and I loved it! It matched the rose gold theme of the wedding perfectly! The taste was exactly how it tasted at the consultation! I chose a different flavour for each tier. I would definitely recommend Jo for any cake for any occasion! She is a really lovely lady with a real passion which shows in her work!

We met Jo at an I Do wedding fayre and booked a consultation where we got to taste all of the yummy flavours and talk through design ideas. We vaguely knew parts of what we wanted but it didn't all make complete sense until Jo suggested some ideas and together we decided on a completely unique custom design. We chose a different flavour for each tier as they were too good to settle on just one! Our cake looked and tasted absolutely beautiful and it incorporated elements of our wedding theme perfectly! We've even frozen some of the cake that was left after the big day so we can keep on enjoying it! Thank you Jo!
