Approaches vary, some clients have strong ideas of what they want and others really haven't decided. It's my job to help them find the perfect design for thier day. We tend to talk ideas, make up a mood board, and chat about what's important to them. In this way we can create the cake design together and then I work to make it happen seamlessly for them.
My favourite cake is reglularly changing, depending on what I'm working on at the time. My signature style is based around sugar flowers because I enjoy making them so much, but I am excited by ideas and am pretty adaptable.

My Mum used to make them when I was kid. Many years later, I made my Brother's and after a childcare break from my career as a TV cameraman I decided to go into cakes so I could be closer to home.
