July 2018 - Way too hot! Probably the hottest day of the year and a once chilled and perfect wedding cake had the greatest opportunity of becoming a huge chocolate mess on the floor! We put every fan, every cooler we could find around the display until the newlyweds arrived. Luckily the couple wisely took the decision to cut the cake before anything else at the reception and it was whisked away to a cool fridge! Heart stopping moment!
