Our cake was breath taking and people commented how nice the sponge and fruit tasted and how beautiful the design was. 10/10 - Our cake was absolutely perfect!!!!!. The decoration was amazing and the cake tasted beautiful...all of our guests commented how lovely and tasty it was. The service given was personal and professional and I would highly recommend The Cake Stand to others and will certainly be using Sam again for other functions.

Our wedding cake was exactly what we were hoping for, it looked beautiful and tasted amazing. We were able to incorporate several different flavours of sponge and filling and they were all perfect. The process of ordering our cake was also very easy and straightforward and the set up on the day was seamless.

We had a Naked sponge cake for our wedding,3 different flavoured layers,chocolate/salted caramel,lemon and vanilla to cater for all our guests tastes,pink sugar flowers,pearls and fresh fruit,the cake was very professionally and efficiently put together on the morning of the wedding and looked absolutely stunning and tasted sooo yummy!! all our guests loved it and we would definitely recommend Sam to friends and family,we can't thank Sam enough.

Beautiful cake that perfectly matched our theme all from a photo and the taste was divine. All of our guests commented on the flavours and it looked beautiful in pictures

our wedding cake was perfect, the delicate detail, neatness and colouring all harmonised wonderfully.. The cup cakes and spheres had pretty creative designs and flowers, ,just as I had imagined and admired by all our family and friends.

Sam was fantastic from the moment we discussed ideas with her all the way through to the production. She even followed-up with us after the wedding to check that everything met our expectations! We were so impressed with the care, effort and skill that Sam put into designing the most perfect cake for us. Everyone was so impressed and it tasted amazing! Thank you so much!

Sam at the Cake Stand is a really friendly and talented lady. From viewing her work for the first time I knew I had to have her make my wedding cake. There is so much competition out there for wedding cakes but the naked sponge cakes she makes are so beautiful. Following the wedding I had so many lovely comments on how stunning the cake looked but also how tasty the cake was. Having a selection of sponges we chose really gave it that finishing touch of being so personalised to me and my husband.
