Setting up a large 4 tier cake at the Old Hall Ely. This cake had florals in between each tier so by the end of construction was pretty tall. It looked stunning and was a eye catcher all day and a focal talking point for all the guests. The bride was lovely to correspond with, even going so far as buying me a personalised mug with my logo as a thanks, such a lovely touch.

Using their loved fur babies in the wedding. Last wedding their used their dog Alfie as ring bearer. I love this.

A two sided marvel themed wedding cake. From the front you'd never know the difference but the secret was hiding behind. The front was a pretty 4 tier elegant cake with white roses and silver ribbon but the back held a marvel theme with different characters on each tier and ruffles flowing down the back. Such a fun cake to make and really captured the couple and their personalities.

Like most bakers we all started out baking for fun. I used to watch things like Cupcake Wars, Ace of Cakes and thought i'd love to give it a go. I eventually got up the nerve to have a go and found a hidden talent I never know I had. I love making the sugar flowers, I find this very therapeutic Seeing a creation come to life is the best thing.
