You come to my home for a consultation that usually lasts an hour. We discuss all aspects of your wedding, themes, colours, ideas, flavours etc. Then I sketch out a design for you while you get to eat some cake. I love the personal experience of chatting over a hot drink and eating cake, and sometimes I can pull ideas out of your head that you hadn't realised were possible in a cake! Once you've agreed the design and decided you would like me to make your cake I take you through the booking process.

Baking is a gift inherited from my mum, and a really wonderful memory from my childhood. I started by making my children's christening and birthday cakes, and I made my own wedding cake.
