This is a tough one as we have done so many cool weddings. Most recently was probably Zitlali and David's wedding which was held at Winton House and was a three day extravaganza. The wedding was in May and had a garden party theme. The weather was really bad either side of the wedding day but on the day the sun came out and it was glorious!

We like to get to know our brides and grooms and really get an understanding of their requirements and what they are trying to achieve. Most weddings we do involve several meetings and at least one tasting and the correspondence can sometime run into a hundred or more emails. We like to make sure that everything is perfect from the first call to the post wedding follow up.
Working in a clean and organised fashion and displaying a knowledge of classic and modern technique. Simple is often beautiful if its executed to perfection.
We do so many bespoke menus its hard to choose. I think refining classic curry flavours into a fine dining dish or turning a classic fast food dish it to fine dining is always a challenge.
