Initially we respond to most enquiries by email and try to follow with a phone call as we value to chance to speak to any potential customer in person. This is followed by a meeting with the bridal couple either at their home or at the venue at which we discuss not only the food they would like for the reception but also their plan for the rest of the reception so that everyone knows who will be doing what on the day. We think this part of the process is vital to make sure the day runs smoothly.
