All our dishes are authentic and freshly prepared for your party, with our own blend of ingredients and seasonings. Individual or a combination dishes from our menu are available for sample tasting with prior arrangement. You may prefer to have trays of food being offered to your guests as Hors d'oeuvres. These would include filo pastry shells with various fillings, sandwiches, a Caribbean favourite of patties (a pastry filled with spicy meat), cheese straws, chicken or cheese puffs, which are like profiteroles with a savoury filling, chicken wings, fish cakes, pizza's, quiche and rotis. Plan your unique celebrations with us, menus are designed to suit your requirements. We don't just take care of the catering for your function, we can also help with the design, entertainment and catering equipment Please call for more details
