Dirty BBQ

Fed up of sausages, burgers and hog roasts? Want something with theatre and spectacle but also superbly tasty real BBQ food? Everything we cook from our low and slow meats to our hot and fast steaks is cooked over either ethical charcoal or wood, no gas or electric here. You let us know what you want, we can probably do it. Examples include Texas style brisket, Memphis style pulled pork, baby back and spare pork ribs, beef short ribs, pulled beef, Argentinian style picanha, all sorts of rotisserie meats and steaks, as well as wood fired Neapolitan style pizzas. Sides include potato/sweet potato wedges, mac and cheese, pit beans, US style slaw, selection of salads, and various breads. We also do a selection of US style sweet treats if you're so inclined!
