It was a truly magical day and Echo went above & beyond our expectations to help produce the inviting elegant and celebratory atmosphere we envisioned. Echo catered for our wedding in Wiltshire this summer. Leanne was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is friendly, well organised and professional. We had an initial meeting to talk through our ideas for the day. She was open to all suggestions and had sample menus ranging from buffets to sit down meals, allowing us the flexibility to fit within our budget. Leanne's experience meant she was able advise with even the smallest details . In the lead up to the wedding, Leanne's organisation and recommendations were brilliant, not only surrounding the meal itself but also with more practical aspects including timeframes, crockery hire and drinks. She was dealt with any queries and alterations we made swiftly and efficiently. It was so reassuring, meaning we could enjoy our day with complete confidence in the team. The staff on the day were wonderful - attentive, discreet and clearly well experienced. The food was delicious, well presented and plentiful. We certainly recommend the paella! Echo food is second to none, we only wish we could have a second wedding to work with them again! Thank you so much xxx

It was an absolute pleasure working with you! You totally understood our idea of filling picnic hampers for Georgie's wedding. The menu ideas you suggested were exciting with a wonderful range of foods to cover the courses. Thank you for providing an alternative menu for those with food allergies. You were always efficient and punctual. On the day, the food was DELICIOUS. We had so many compliments for the food, which we pass on to you! I would highly recommend your catering services!
