eco cuisine is run as a sustainable business, only using British meat from Norfolk, Suffolk and fish from Cornish day boats. Our fruit and veg are British and / or organic. We have cateredmany weddings in varied venues, from a local village hall in Hertfordshire to the London Canal Museum and Trinity House in London. We can offer you breakfast, lunch, dinner - canapes, finger/fork buffet (hot or cold), sit down meal, BBq's. Our staff are friendly and efficient. We can also offer equipment hire and drinks. Sonya will look after you from our initial meeting / tasting in the comfort of your own home and absolutely free with no obligation to book us. You are welcome to visit our kitchen We have our own kitchen based in the Millfield Theatre, North London and conveniently placed to travel in any direction being close to the a406, a10 and M25.

Working on a budget for a couple at Forty Hall. There was no kitchen, so we had to prep off-site, hire in all the linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. It was a very personal wedding and the bride and groom had made all the decorations. We served canapes with drinks, then a hot buffet (we served the top table) and Sonya told each table in turn the menu and invited them to come to the buffet. Then puddings were served to tables.
