Giuseppe came down to Dumfries to cater for a party of 14 for us. It's difficult to describe how good it was, you kind of run out of superlatives. He prepared canapes, starters, main and desserts and they all were delicious. He has a great personality and his passion for food shines through. He explains about the food as he is preparing it and our guests loved it. I would not hesitate in recommending him for any event where you need catering. Top Man, Top Chef

This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of Giuseppe's cooking and I cannot recommend him enough! My husband hired him to cater a private meal for my 30th after he provided such a fantastic service at a friends wedding a few months ago and once again he didn't disappoint. Giuseppe's food is 5 star all the way and he is so flexible and ensures that he caters to everyone's needs. I have never tried food so fresh and delicious any restaurant that I have visited and it helps that Giuseppe is such a lovely person. Giuseppe is the best private chef I've ever met. As Americans, we don't get authentic Italian food that doesn't make us feel bloated or over-full - and Giuseppe showed us what from-scratch Italian food could really be. Healthy, delicious, enjoyable, and easy on our stomachs. He even got my husband in the kitchen making fresh raviolis in minutes. We ate our fill of Italian heaven while enjoying the countryside of Scotland and will find a way to bring him to the States so others can enjoy his incredible food, his candor, and his love for feeding the people.

We hired Giuseppe to cater for our wedding back in November. We really can't recommend Giuseppe enough, he is down to earth & friendly, he will listen to exact what you want. AND his food is amazing. From the minute I contacted Giuseppe about catering my event I knew I had made an excellent decision. He is very approachable and we had a lot of discussion regarding my sister's hen do. His food was phenomenal and all 18 guests loved every aspect of their meal. Giuseppe went over and above to provide us with a fabulous menu and made the evening extremely enjoyable for everyone. His ravioli in particular was amazing and everyone was raving about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giuseppe to anyone looking for some fabulous cooking from such a lovely chef!
