GREAT SERVICE We’ve been running award winning pubs and bars together for years, so we know what we’re doing. We don’t use agency staff and we care for each other so we can care for you. We always have ample staff to ensure no guests’ time is ever wasted in annoying queues. GREAT DRINK RANGE We have draught beers as standard and a range of spirits that would rival most pubs, let alone mobile bars. Also, because we’re so nice, we have amazing relationships with all our suppliers, so we can get whatever drinks you like for your event. GREAT SET UP We’ve got cute , yet efficient, bars that can be put almost anywhere. We’re happy if it rains, we’re happy if it shines (because we’ve got a roof!). We currently can cater for events with up to 1,000 guests. FREE TO HIRE As long as someone pays for the drinks we serve! We don't want to add to the cost of your wedding by charging a hire fee that we don't agree with! We charge a £50 deposit to confirm any booking. TOAST/TABLE/ARRIVAL DRINKS We have some fantastic options available to greet your guests and toast your happiness. Also our expansive wine list can provide some brilliant table wine, we are happy to send samples once booking confirmed to make sure you've chosen your perfect drinks for your big day.

Hi my name is Tom and I started Hire The Bar after always being frustrated at how often the bar is an afterthought at so many events, from weddings to festivals far too much time is wasted being in a queue because the bar and staff aren't set up to cope even with the most limited of ranges. As someone with considerable experience and success in running a variety of licensed premises I thought I could do better, and Hire The Bar was born.

Don't do the bar yourself! People often think it would be fun and easy, it isn't! Would you rather be enjoying the morning of your big day or worrying about delivering all the stock that you've had to store to months in being delivered, chilled open and poured. Have you enough ice, who's cutting the fruit, what fruit? has anyone got a bottle opener? You get the picture!
