OK from initial contact through our website contact us page or by phone, we are welcoming, we ask what they hope to achieve... Go through some details and tell them a bit more about how we can help them. Then we would arrange a site visit or invite them to our offices for a formal meeting, which will be relaxed and gather as much information as possible about the wedding. From there we would create an estimate for them to read / hopefully accept, convert to invoice, then process with a deposit payment to secure the date. Remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding, then the bug day arrives and we work with our client to make sure they enjoy their day to the max. Always on hand and accommodating throughout the whole wedding. Aftercare email asking how they found the service and to wish them well for the future.
