Our staff are handpicked and highly experienced and will make sure your wedding bar is one to remember. We have a range of different bars available to suit budget and taste, from circular mirrored and rustic bars, wooden rustic bars, the LED light up bars, horsebox trailers to thatched TIKI bars. With a choice of twelve mobile bars we have the bars which will match any style of wedding from 5* hotel to a marquee in a farmers field. Our gin bar, Gilli's Gin Tin is also a highlight for any occasion. Stocking 45 of the worlds finest gin, including 35 from Yorkshire we will make your occasion one for any gin lover to remember forever.

Fantastic

Louisianna's mobile bars did the bar for our reception at the Salix Yurts and they were fantastic! So helpful before hand when sorting details for the day and were fantastic the day of :) so friendly and welcoming! Would recommend the team to anyone who needs a bar!

Couldn't Have Done Anymore For Us

The guys at our wedding were brilliant! from opening the bar early to serve the guests who arrived before we were due, to checking in with the bride and groom thoughout the day, they really proved invaluable. They couldnt have done anymore for us in the run up for the big day either by helping to personalise the cocktail menu and changing drinks to our favourite brands. If we ever have another party like this we will be using them again as they were just awesome. Thanks guys

Wouldn't Hesitate to Book Louisianna's Again

When our original wedding bartender dropped out with only two week's notice, Lee stepped in without hesitation and immediately put us at ease. He designed us a fantastic, personalised cocktail menu and set up a great looking bar at our venue. Al and Jenna, the bartenders on the day, were professional, great fun and looked after our guests really well - we've had so many comments about how impressive the bar and especially the cocktails were! Lee and his staff were super from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to book Louisianna's again!

Absolutely amazing, communication with Lee while organising everything was constant and so easy. The bar was amazing, the guys were fantastic and so nice and James was impeccable. He went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and he took so much pressure off me and I could not be more impressed with them. Wouldn't Hesitate in Recommending

Where to begin! Lee and his team did the complete bar service for our wedding, including the amazing Gin Tin! Everything was absolutely perfect. From the minute we met Lee, his organisation, friendliness and professional manor meant we knew he was the bar man for us. Nothing was too much trouble and he took care of everything with very little input from us. Everything ran smoothly, and the Gin Tin was a huge hit!! It was such a comfort the day before just leaving Lee to it setting up, and on the day everything 'just happened'. His team worked tirelessly to keep everyone watered, which showed with the sore heads the next morning!! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and his team, they are all fantastic. Thank you! Impeccable

Lee and the team at Louisiana’s truly helped make our wedding that extra bit special. Throughout the planning of the event, they were excellent at communicating with us and gave us their thoughts on what drinks we should serve. Then on the day, they were impeccable. They kept the bar running smoothly all night long, so there was never a huge queue waiting to be served nor did anyone ever go thirsty. Their cocktails were delicious, quick to serve and presented beautifully. And their long drinks were divine. All their staff were polite and courteous to all our guests and their service was spot on all night long. Once the couple has been in touch we will talk via email about what we have to offer and select the best option for the bride and groom. Once booked we will meet the couple a few months before the wedding and discuss arrangements for the day. This gives the bride and groom complete confidence they will not have to worry about it on the day. We also endeavour to set up our bars the day before.. another worry off the happy couple mind. The bride and groom then have a great night and thank us for making their special day extra special!
