MORE THAN JUST A CATERING PROVIDER, A COMPLETE SERVICE How do I book your services? Single event operator, you will be the focus of the day - not one of a number! No pressure. Look at the menus, we can’t put everything in print so please ask even if you think it’s a little off the wall, we cater for a variety of events at many venues so most things can be achieved. Call or email with your outline and we can assemble a schedule/menu/charges file in a form allowing you to prioritise wish list with fiscal balance. We can gladly ‘save the date’ for you without obligation, allowing you to continue planning. Normally this would be followed by a meeting – here we can work through in a more detailed fashion. This might be followed by a tasting session to make dish choices or asses service styles. We are then on call to answer questions up to your day, a quick meeting is also prudent if there is a long lead time or big changes have happened.
