The Bubbly Box & The Boozy Bicycle Full Description

With over 20 years in the event planning, wedding, catering and hospitality industry and realising that people often want a bespoke, truly flexible and unique service for their occasion, The Bubbly Box & The Boozy Bicycle was born! The Bubbly Box Mobile Bar is a beautifully and lovingly converted vintage 1986 Bahill Horse Trailer. It features two large serving hatches, fully trained staff, electricity and water supply. The Boozy Bicycle is ideal for smaller celebrations or as a unique and quirky addition to the main bar. It is flexible in that we can be situated indoors or outdoors to suit the occasion! Both The Bubbly Box and The Boozy Bicycle are available on a variety of hire options including Free Hire, Full Bar Service, Dry Hire, Mix & Match options as well as being able to supply a themed bar such as Gin, Real Ale or a Prosecco/Champagne Bar, allowing you to be truly flexible in your service needs. Our two beautiful bars come dressed with lanterns, fairy lights, personalised signage, fresh flowers and you are more than welcome to utilize our bistro tables, gazebo's and blankets should you wish to use them! We can offer additional services such as a 'Pimp your Prosecco' crate with fresh raspberries, strawberries, Chambord and edible flowers, allowing your guests to personalise their 'Fizz' We also offer a range of delicious accompaniments such as Raspberry & Prosecco Cupcakes, Chocolate and Raspberry Brownies, nibbles such as Olives, mixed premium nuts, and sun blushed tomatoes. We truly believe a tailored, personal and friendly service is the key to an amazing event so let the 'The Bubbly Box' make your special occasion the best it can possibly be!

Locations are never a problem as the bar itself can be wheeled into place where ever you need. The staff both online, over the phone and in person could not have been more friendly. We were asked to provide both The Bubbly Box & The Boozy Bicycle for a last minute wedding in a Tipi for a lovely couple in March! With 2 weeks notice we managed to provide a full bar service and a a mini pop up bar for 120 people including extra haybale seating! With March not being the driest of months and the great British weather being what it is we were prepared ourselves for a monsoon! The monsoon did arrive on the wedding day and it didn't do anything to dampen the day! We still have fond memories of the happy couple dancing in the rain with a bottle of Prosecco!

We love it when the couple include their guests in many elements of the big day! For example, asking the guests if they have specific songs they would like playing and having mini competitions running throughout the day! Seeing some of the guests complete a 'Best Dad Dancing' competition at a wedding we recently hosted was one of our highlights! It really entertained the guests and included them more in the day!

Every couple is different but normally i would follow up with an enquiry via email or messenger (depending on how the enquiry came through) I always try to let the couple lead, and if they are happy with email or phone conversations that's great, but i do find a face to face meeting is a lovely way to get to know each other as well as iron out any last minute questions.
