We firstly send out our menus and try and follow up with a phone call to discuss the couple's requirements. We'd then invite them to come and see the trailer and they can try our pies. If they want to go ahead with the booking we then ask for our contract to be signed and a 25% deposit to secure the date. Of course there's a bit more to it than that but we try to keep everything as simple as possible for the happy couple as we know that planning a wedding can be pretty stressful.

Of course it would have to be a pie! But which filling? It would have to either be the steak and Stilton or my Christmas pie because I just can't get enough pigs in blankets and bread sauce. And for dessert it would have to be a creme brulee.
